Notes
- Only Eventing athletes and horses can enter in more than one discipline; however, the horse can only be ridden by one athlete (e.g. The horse-rider combination can enter in Jumping or Dressage in addition to Eventing).
- *Participating horses must not be less than 6 years of age (i.e. born on 31 December 2017 or before).
- *Horses that have participated in Jumping/ Dressage at the National Championships or the 14th National Games in the period of 2021 to 2023 and the Eventing National Championships in the period of 2022 to 2023 are not allowed to participate in this Competition.
- Horse information can be submitted at a later date.
- Selection policy and reimbursement items and details will be announced in due course.
The following general criteria will be taken into account in making the selection of riders:
- HKSAR Passport holder
- Member of HKEF
- Current training level and results at the required level as above
- Availability of their own horse(s)
- Availability to train in Mainland China in preparation for this competition

- Entry Form (see attachment)
- Results Record Form (see attachment) with Videos Submission in 2022-2023 (File Name: Rider Name_Horse Name_Height/Level_Competition Date) (riders only)
- Passport copy
- Mainland Travel Permit copy
- Parent Consent Letter (riders under 18 only)
- Letter of support and recommendation from coach (riders only)
- Curriculum Vitae (Coach/ Chef d’Equipe only)
Any late submission or submission with missing document(s) received by HKEF will not be processed.
