Annual General Meeting (AGM)

In compliance with the Companies Ordinance, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) must be held within nine months following the conclusion of the EFHKC’s financial year, i.e. before the end of May every year. It is the Federation's annual meeting, giving members the opportunity to get together and discuss matters of common interest.

- All EFHKC members are welcome to attend the AGM to review and express their opinions on the federation's business

- Honorary Members, Life Members and Ordinary Members enjoy voting rights at the AGM. However, Junior Members are not entitled to vote

EFHKC Members' Exclusive Activities

Members can enjoy exclusive activities organised by EFHKC, including equestrian demonstrations and seminars. Examples of previous activities include:

- HKJC Apprentice School Visit

- Tai Po Fire Station Visit

- Equine Hospital Visit

- Police Dog Unit Visit

- Horse Painting Class
