EFHKC Membership has been divided into the following categories:
Requirements for eligibility of candidates for The Equestrian Federation of Hong Kong, China (EFHKC) membership:
| - | Must be a Hong Kong resident and holding valid HKID card |
| - | Must have a real and substantial interest in or connection with equestrian sport in Hong Kong ( e.g. active riders in any HK riding establishments recognized by EFHKC; EFHKC approved Hong Kong team members training overseas (and parents or guardians of the aforesaid); EFHKC approved judges, officials or sponsors etc. |
| - | Must be a person of good character and integrity |
| - | Must be nominated by a proposer and a seconder, each of whom is a member of the Federation of good standing who is ordinarily resident of HK and who shall have been a member of EFHKC for at least 1 year prior to the date of submission of the application |
