Updated Vaccination Competition Policy at TMPRS

Riders and visitors aged 12-17 yrs may attend the competition provided they have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. They do not need to provide a PCR test result.

Visitors aged 18 yrs and above must be fully vaccinated and should have received a second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine no less than 14 days before entering TMPRS. [N.B. If a second vaccine dose was received less than 14 days before attending, then evidence of a negative PCR test, taken no more than 7 days before the competition date, must be provided.]

Each participating school should submit to the HKEF a list of all those attending together with confirmation that their vaccination status has been checked. Photo IDs (e.g. HKID or student card) will be verified upon attendance by an HKEF representative at each venue.

N.B. Data retained by HKEF will include an individual’s name, school affiliation and verified vaccination statue. It will not hold personal data such as ID card numbers or vaccination dates.

Entry Cancellation - Entries cancelled after closing time must be vertified with Veterinary Certificate or Medical Certificate issued by registered doctor. Entry fee will not paid back by the OC.

HK$240 per class per rider, paid in advance to Tuen Mun Public Riding School

The Entry Fee should be paid to TMPRS at least one week before the competition date. Payment may be made by cash, cheque* (payable to The Hong Kong Jockey Club) or Visa / Master 7 days before the event.
