13 Riders supported by HKEF Training Support 2019/2020

The Equestrian Federation of Hong Kong, China (EFHKC) is pleased to announce that the Federation is going to support 13 potential junior riders to take part in both local and overseas training for the sixth consecutive year with the funding from the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD).

We have recently announced the squad members eligible for the training support from the Hong Kong Jockey Club and the Hong Kong Sports Institute funded Hong Kong Jockey Club Youth Development Programme. However, we are pleased to announce that we have also secured some additional funding from the Leisure and Cultural Services Department to support junior riders who are showing some potential. Following the application process from the training support that we launched in last May, we are pleased to announce that the following riders (in alphabetical order), who are not part of Hong Kong Jockey Club Youth Development Programme, will receive some support for their training and participation in competitions:

Soraya Abouhanine, Laura Bennett, Oskar Boekhorst, Chiara Deeb, Natalie Fu, Lilly Hirth, Sally Kar, Amber Khaira, Ella Legere, Leelani Neveux, Ella Sarkis, Livia Sarkis and Julia Yu

The EFHKC wish them all the best and successful in the upcoming trainings and competitions.
