The Show Organiser will provide first aid support to the show. However, Athletes, their appointed guardian, instructor or coach are solely responsible to make decisions to remount and continue riding in the event of a fall. The Show Organiser recommend a doctor’s opinion is sought before continuing to ride. The Show Organiser is not responsible for the following liabilities:

Any decision of an Athlete to remount, and continue riding after a fall whether made by the Athlete himself / herself, or his / her parent, guardian, instructor or coach, and regardless of whether a doctor’s opinion is sought.

4.	Follow-ups Please kindly inform the HKEF Secretariat in case of the following: a.   Not able to attend the Horse Inspection (representative and contact required) b.   Withdrawal due to horse lameness or rider injury (valid certification required) c.   Other changes in entry and horse information Unless emergencies, riders should inform the Secretariat any of the above before the application deadline. Application fee is not refundable or transferable in case of unexcused or unjustified absence from the competition. Comfirmation email will be sent to you within the same working day. In case of adverse weather, the President of Ground Jury has the final decision if the competition continues.
