Open for application: 2020 Hong Kong Equestrian Performance Plan (HKEPP)

The Hong Kong Equestrian Federation and The Hong Kong Jockey Club are delighted to announce that applications are now open for the 2020 Hong Kong Equestrian Performance Plan (HKEPP). January 2020 will be the start of the fifth year of the programme, which provides a structured development programme to high performing equestrian athletes within the disciplines of dressage, eventing, show jumping and para dressage.
The programme will provide support and guidance to athletes who demonstrate commitment, have proven competitive performance and have the potential to deliver success for Hong Kong at championship level. The principles of the HKEPP are to Identify, Develop and Deliver. The programme is supported by equestrian professionals who mentor athletes, monitor performance and seek improvements where they can be found. Working with the home teams already in place around the riders and horses, the HKEPP personnel provide individually designed support programmes to help improve performance.
