These prestigious competitions will showcase our athletes’ talent across multiple equestrian disciplines, bringing pride to Hong Kong and inspiring our community.
The Challenge: Resource-Intensive Sport
Success in equestrian sports requires significant resources, and without sufficient funding, our talented riders will face extreme challenges in the competition, particularly due to:
- Horsepower: Acquiring or leasing competition-ready horses.
- Equipment: Providing essential tack and gear for horses and riders.
- Horse Transportation: Arranging cross-region transportation for the horses.
While the government and The Hong Kong Jockey Club provide valuable support, The Equestrian Federation of Hong Kong, China still faces a significant funding gap.

To ensure Team Hong Kong, China competes at their best, we aim to raise HK$2.5 million in sponsorship. Every contribution, big or small, will directly help our athletes to prepare and compete with the resources they need to achieve their goals.
