Invitation to HKEF Halloween Horse Costume Contest


For horse lovers like us, Halloween with dressed-up horses is fun! Following the four Membership Activities launched earlier this year, the HKEF is pleased to announce the new activity – Halloween Horse Costume Contest, from 25 October to 16 November 2021 (Mon - Tue).


You are invited to submit a Halloween costume photo with your lovely horse. All submitted photos will be judged by HKEF Membership, Sponsorship and Communication Sub-Committee for different awards and then posted onto HKEF Facebook for public voting.


Entry is simple – click on the Google link and submit your entry with your photo by Thursday 4 November 2021 6:00 p.m. (GMT+8)!


Submission Requirements

  • Photo should be in JPEG format of 300 dpi resolution in minimum and at least 4”x 6” in size
  • Photo must be in color
  • Photo file size should be at least 1 MB. Photo in poor quality may not be entertained
  • Each participant can only submit one photo for the Contest
  • Name your photo as Title_FULL ENGLISH NAME (e.g. Love_CHAN TAI MAN)


*According to the riding school pandemic measures, all riders should wear a face mask at all times when not riding a horse. Thus, please wear a face mask if you are unmounted for photo taking.


Upon submission, each participant will be issued an electronic Certificate of Participation. Photo with the highest number of “likes” in the HKEF Facebook Public Voting will be awarded The Most Popular Award and a customized puzzle on the winning piece, while the top 3 winners and merits of 2 places will be awarded with abundant prizes:
