Results of HKEF Online Dressage Series via Dressage Anywhere – July 2021
The July edition of HKEF Online Dressage Series via Dressage Anywhere was completed with entries closed last Thursday. Results are now available online at https://www.dressageanywhere.com/Home/Results
Seven local Dressage Judges, namely Dr. Peta McAuley, Dr. Danny Tong, Mr. Christian Allderidge, Mr. Boris Yue, Ms. Catherine Sing, Ms. Joanne Wong and Ms. Jennifer Ho participated in the judging from Introductory to Medium classes. The Advanced Medium classes were judged by British Dressage List 1 Judge Ms. Sarah Leitch.
While all of us are focusing on the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games and supporting our sole representative, Thomas Ho at the Games, we still managed to have 69 entries for July in preparation for the upcoming new season. Rosettes are now distributing to winners via their riding schools. To share the memorable moments with our members, all participating riders are invited to submit their photos with their horses to https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1kus9UoZYCbAdp39V1J19tj7YaDCDfmvM?usp=sharing. For our easy reference, please kindly name the photos with the name of the rider and the horse. According to the riding school pandemic measures, all the riders should wear a face mask at all times when not riding a horse or showering. Thus, please wear a face mask when taking photo at riding school if you are not on the horseback.
The July Team League Champion title goes to LWSC with 162 points, brining them the second win after May. They will be awarded a trophy sponsored by HKJC as encouragement. Congratulations to LWSC!
Coming to the hot summer of July, the HKEF Series has already run 7 editions from last October onwards, accumulating a total of 781 entries. BREC took home 5 wins for the Monthly Team League Champion, while LWSC won 2 Champions in May and July Series respectively. Thank you all participating riders, coaches, riding schools, families and judges for your continuous support in this Dressage Series. We will continue with this Series along with the gradual resumption of physical events to provide more training opportunities for our riders.
