Promotion of Hong Kong Dressage Judges
Dear members,
The HKEF is pleased to announce that the following Dressage Judges have passed the Dressage Judging Assessment and have been promoted. They will commence their judging duties from the 2019/2020 season.

Ms. Anita Leung, Ms. Liz Leung and Ms. Valerie Mangundjaja are provisional List D Judges subject to satisfactory shadow judging at a least three competitions during the 2019/2020 season and attendance at further training courses.
Since August last year, the captioned named candidates have attended various Dressage Judging training workshops and seminars conducted by the HKEF Senior Dressage Judge Mr. Neil Mitchell. They were later promoted to trainee judges to undertake the Dressage Judging Assessment in May 2019 alongside with the Dressage Horse of the Year Show. All 5 candidates passed the written assessment and completed satisfactory shadow judging under the supervision of Mr. Neil Mitchell. With the recommendation of Mr. Neil Mitchell and the endorsement given by the Rules Subcommittee and Executive Committee, all 5 candidates were promoted to be new Dressage Judges effective from 1 September 2019 onwards.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Neil Mitchell for his effort in bringing up new judges as well as his contribution to the development of Dressage in Hong Kong. Warmest congratulations to all the newly promoted Dressage Judges! Wish them success in their new roles and we look forward to working with these officials in their new capacity from the upcoming season.
