Please kindly be informed that, at the close of the deadline for nominations, forms of nomination of the following persons to serve on the Executive Committee have been received:

• Ms. Amanda Jayne Bond, who is subject to retirement by rotation pursuant to article 83 to 85 of the Federation’s Articles of Association and, being eligible, has offered herself for re-election at the Ordinary Yearly Meeting 2022. Ms. Bond has been nominated by Mr. Andrew Harding and Ms. I-Ping Soong.

• Mrs. Leung Chan Che Ming Miranda, who is subject to retirement by rotation pursuant to article 83 to 85 of the Federation’s Articles of Association and, being eligible, has offered herself for re-election at the Ordinary Yearly Meeting 2022. Mrs. Leung has been nominated by Mr. Leung Hin-Suen Patrick and Mr. Leung Jark-Cheung.
