We are pleased to invite you to the HKEF Eventing & General Rules Online Refresher Seminar 2022 – 2023. This online refresher seminar on HKEF Eventing & General Rules will be held twice, featuring the same contents, with one session only open for officials on Tuesday 16 August and one session open for all HKEF members on Thursday 18 August.
