Invitation for Initial Expression of Interest as Riders for National Youth Championships 2026 (Dressage, Showjumping and Eventing)
We are writing to invite your expression of interest to participate in the National Youth Championships 2026 in Dressage, Showjumping and Eventing organized by the Chinese Equestrian Association (CEA). The tentative competition details are as follow:

For more details, please refer to the rules and regulations for the National Youth Championships 2026 published by the CEA available below. Please note that the attached document is available in Chinese only. In case of any inconsistencies or ambiguities between different language versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
Please also note that this is NOT a “borrowed horse” competition and each rider is required to bring/ source his or her own horse in Mainland, China. Due to the equine travel restrictions and quarantine requirements, riders will not be able to bring his or her own horses from Hong Kong to the captioned championship. Any entries representing Hong Kong, China must be submitted via EFHKC.
We are now looking for expressions of interest from interested riders and coaches who meet the following requirements:
- Rider must be a member of EFHKC
- Rider must hold HKSAR passport
- Rider must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the rules and regulations set forth by the CEA
Please find below the Selection Policy of National Youth Championship 2026 (Dressage, Showjumping and Eventing) for your information and preparation.
Should any rider interested in the captioned event, please kindly submit the following items via email to [email protected]:
- Entry form;
- HKSAR passport copy;
- A portrait photo for publicity purpose (wearing show jacket is preferred);
- Best three official result sheets in recent one year with videos submission (details requirement please refer to the Selection Policy);
- Additional training/ competition videos if any;
- CEA horse passport copy
The deadline for the initial expression of interest at National Youth Championships 2026 is Wednesday, 1 April 2026. Any late submission or submission with missing document(s) received by EFHKC Secretariat may not be considered.
